Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the 19TAB Golf web application ("Service"), operated by 19TH TAB GOLF LLC, an Indiana limited liability company (EIN 42-2063687).
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy LLC, our merchant of record. This policy supplements Lemon Squeezy's standard refund terms.
1. Token Pack Purchases
19TAB sells digital Token Packs ("Round Packs") that unlock premium features within the Service. Because these are digital goods that are immediately accessible upon purchase, our refund window is defined as follows:
You request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date, and you have not used any rounds from the purchased pack.
More than 14 days have passed since the purchase date; or you have redeemed one or more rounds from the pack (partial refunds are not offered); or the purchase was made during a promotional period labeled "non-refundable."
2. How to Request a Refund
Email us at 19thtabgolf@gmail.com with:
- Subject line: Refund Request — 19TAB
- Your account email address
- The order ID (found in your Lemon Squeezy purchase receipt)
- A brief reason for the refund
We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Accidental or Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchased the same pack twice or believe you were charged in error, contact us immediately at 19thtabgolf@gmail.com. We will investigate and issue a refund for the duplicate charge if confirmed.
4. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer before contacting us, we may be unable to process a direct refund. We encourage you to reach out first — most issues can be resolved quickly.
5. Service Outages
If the Service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to issues on our end and you are unable to use rounds you purchased during that period, we will issue a pro-rata credit or refund upon request.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
