A scheduled round lets you set the course, the money, and the groups before anyone gets to the tee. You send one link; everyone RSVPs, checks in, and scores from their own phone. Here's the whole thing, start to finish.
From the home screen, open Schedule My Rounds, then tap + New Tee Time.
Pick your course, the date, and a meet-up time. That's all it takes to open the round.
Enter the buy-in, then choose how the pot splits:
Shortcut: already saved this crew as a Krue? Tap Load Setup and the whole money setup drops in — no re-typing.
Tap Create & Share Link. You get a short code and a link.
Text it to the crew. They tap it, tap I'm In, and they're on the list. That's their whole RSVP.
Open the round's board. The RSVPs tab shows who's coming.
On the Groups tab, drop players into foursomes — or tap Load Whole Krue to drop your entire crew in at once, then split them up.
Anyone who wants to keep score on their phone ticks the keep-score box when they RSVP.
Make sure every group has at least one phone keeping score. Your own group is already covered — as the host, you count automatically.
Tap Notify Groups to send everyone the check-in link.
At the course, each player opens it and taps I'm Here. You'll watch the green checks fill in, so you know the field's ready before you send anyone off.
When a group's ready, tap Start Scoring for it.
Scores sync live across every phone in the round — each group sees the whole field's leaderboard as it happens.
Finish the round and the app does the math — pot, skins, pins, bonuses, and who owes who, down to the dollar.
Tap each name as they pay so you always know who's squared up.
