Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 19TAB Golf web application and related services (collectively, "the Service") operated by 19TH TAB GOLF LLC, an Indiana limited liability company (EIN 42-2063687) ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
19TAB is a social golf scorekeeping and side-bet tracking application. The Service allows users to:
- Track live golf scores for groups (foursomes and larger)
- Calculate payout splits for Skins, Quota, Wolf, Nassau, Bingo Bango Bongo, Vegas, and other golf formats among consenting participants
- Record handicap data for personal use
- Access lifetime statistics and round history
- Post scores to the World Handicap System (WHS) via GHIN integration (feature availability subject to change)
2. Accounts and Registration
You may use limited features without an account. To access premium features, you must create an account using a valid email address and password, or via a supported OAuth provider (e.g., Google Sign-In).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Paid Plans and Token Packs
Premium features are unlocked through the purchase of Token Packs ("Rounds"). Current pricing:

Pricing is in U.S. dollars and subject to change with 30 days' notice. Applicable sales taxes may apply based on your jurisdiction.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC), our merchant of record. Your purchase is subject to Lemon Squeezy's terms as well as these Terms. Purchased rounds are non-transferable and are tied to the account used at the time of purchase.
4. Refunds
Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy. In brief: full refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for unused round packs. No refunds are issued for fully used packs or after the 14-day window.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to circumvent token-based access controls or license key validation
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Introduce malware, excessive automated requests, or any code that interferes with the Service
- Use the Service to collect or harvest personal data from other users without their consent
6. GHIN / World Handicap System Integration
The "Post to WHS" feature, when available, submits differential data to the USGA's Golf Handicap and Information Network (GHIN) on your behalf. This feature is currently in development and may not be available in all regions or for all users. We are not affiliated with the USGA or GHIN. We are not liable for incorrect handicap calculations resulting from user-entered data.
7. SMS / Text Messaging Program
If you sign up for a golf event and provide a mobile number, you may receive text messages from 19th TAB GOLF related to that event — a sign-up confirmation, event details, and reminders. By submitting an event sign-up form with your mobile number, you consent to receive these messages.
Message frequency varies by event. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of using the Service or of participating in any event. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, branding, logos, and trade dress of the Service are owned by 19TH TAB GOLF LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our express written permission.
User-generated content (e.g., round data you enter) remains yours. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 19TH TAB GOLF LLC, its members, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of (A) the total amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim or (B) fifty U.S. dollars ($50).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 19TH TAB GOLF LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) any side-bet or financial arrangement you enter into with other users through use of the Service.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Indiana, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
13. Changes to These Terms
We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
